It is such a cliche to say, "They grow up so fast." but it's true! What happened to my newborn?!? Reese is officially out of the newborn diapers and the newborn outfits. They have been washed and folded and are ready to be boxed up and stored for the next few years until we start planning for baby #2.
Per the pediatrician's orders, we are giving her "Tummy Time" a couple times a day so that she can strengthen her neck and back muscles. Her neck is getting stronger but I think it will still be awhile before she is holding her head up and rolling over on her own.
We are starting to see some deliberate smiles. (See our attempt to capture one on film below.) She is beginning to respond to our voices. Especially when we talk in soft, sweet tones, she knows we are talking to her. 
Reese makes a lot of noise in her attempt to communicate with us and we enjoy every one of them from squawking to grunting, from hiccups to sneezing. But there is nothing we enjoy more then when we are gazing at our peacfeul little angel in her crib and she lets out a loud TOOT!
Ahh...these are the days...
